Welcome to Science In The Middle! 

My name is Brittany and I am a full-time middle school science teacher, momma of one, army wife, and nature lover!
My passion for teaching came at an early age. In fact, it came from when I was in middle school! From there I set myself up on a mission to be the best science teacher one could have and have been growing ever since. My goal is to not only better my own teaching practices but also help, encourage and better the teaching practices of many other middle school science teachers! That includes getting down to the good, the bad, and the ugly!
Teaching middle school is hard, plain and simple. But creating an outlet & a space designed specifically for those who aspire the same things has been a dream of mine...  I hope you enjoy the ride!
